IOS 26.3 slow down iPhone 16e

Hey everyone, I wanted to ask how I can roll back to the latest stable version of iOS 18 on my iPhone 16e. My phone is brand new, but it’s not running very well on 26.3. It’s really negatively affected my overall experience.

iPhone 16e, iOS 26

Sorry, but there is no way to downgrade the iOS on your iPhone. It has never been supported. What we need to determine is what is slowing your phone down?

  1. Do you have at least 10GB of free memory on your phone? Settings > General > iPhone Storage
  2. Do you by chance have a VPN installed on your phone, whether it is use or not? VPNs are just not needed on an iPhone and they cause all kinds of issues. If you have one, get rid of it.
  3. Have you ever Force Restarted your iPhone? If no, do this --> https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios
