iPad backup management not loading

Hello. I wanted to do a back up on my Ipad (Ios 26.2) and I had notification that some apps weren't included in back up so if I want to add them I should go to "management management backups" and there add them and there was a button to open "management backups". So I clicked it and was redirected on that exact same page where I was before and in the bottom of the screen I saw loading icon for a few seconds but after that it just disappeared and nothing happened. I think that my Ipad can't load management of backups but I don't know why. I'm sorry if I wrote something incomprehensible. English is not my first language.

iPad, iPadOS 26

You can modify the App data that is included within your iCloud backup from iPad settings:

Settings > [Your Name / Apple Account] > iCloud > iCloud Backup > [All Device Backups] This iPad > Show All Apps

From the full list of Apps, enable or disable the App data that you wish to include or exclude from your iCloud backup.
