Hi, thank you for your reply. I read articles on Google that said everything from download the missing game on the new device. Then, download a game from the same developer. Make sure everything is logged into the “Game Center.” Sign in to the new game, play about 4 levels, then go to FAQ and the the developer’s site and select, “I want to login to a new game…”
Nothing worked. So I called APPLE today. They had me reset to factory on the new phone. Then. When I was on the transfer page, I selected “Download from phone” instead of iCloud.
It took awhile and I had to go through each app and download the info manually (via the icon of the cloud with a down arrow),
it worked! Games and their data, (my progress), were all back on my new phone, which mirrors my old phone 100%.
I am glad this was “doable” and I am back in business on my new phone exactly as my old phone.
