The people on this forum are users just like yourself and cannot actually do anything about this, only advise you.
Apple is fairly, uh, sensitive to indications of possible fraud/misuse. It may be that all the multiple rejected payment methods triggered something in the system. Apple's reaction to this is not very lenient and rightly or wrongly may result in account closure. You can contact them but all they will tell you is that an account has been permanently closed. I have yet to see anybody claim that Apple has told them why. It may look like you are still logged in but if you were to restart your equipment it might say differently. Note that Apple has multiple reasons/types of account locking. You are welcome to explore them and ways to undo it. See this article https://support.apple.com/HT204106 If you can get it unlocked then you are very, very fortunate.
If you cannot get it unlocked then you will have to create a new account. Hopefully you kept your receipt from when you bought your equipment because you may find it has been locked too. In this situation you may be able to still use your equipment with a new account or even no account at all. Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Check the requirements and steps at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof other than it “must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID.” Apple may typically require the original receipt* issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller. If Apple resets the device this will give you access to the device but won't restore access to the account used to lock it. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.
