Customize Numbers toolbar on iPad without the 'more' button

I am on latest iPad OS and latest version of Numbers. In my toolbar there is no … more button, just all the icons for move forward and backwards. How do I customise the toolbar without the … more button?

iPad Pro move/resize buttons cover app menus in multitasking I have a 2020 iPad Pro with iOS 26. When using multiple apps the move/resize “red yellow green button” covers menus I need to access on some apps. The only work around I’ve found is to take the app to full screen which relocates the move/resize button from covering the menu options. It would be nice to have the option to relocate the move/resize button over when apps are not full screen. I’m guessing it’s an oversight when some apps are designed.
