There, in Disk Utility, click View > Show All Devices.

This will allow you to see the internal drive device and allow you to select that and reformat it. Use the GUID partition scheme, the APFS format and name the volume "Macintosh HD".

With that done you should have a target on which to reinstall macOS.

Anything I can do ?

Unfortunately from the picture it looks like you have a 2015-2017 Retina MacBook model with an SSD that is integrated into the Logic Board so there are no options to replace the internal SSD.

Your only option is to install macOS onto an external USB3 SSD if you want to continue using this laptop. Depending on the exact model of your MacBook....the SSD performance may be about the same for a 2015, or if it is the 2017 model it may be half the speed of the internal SSD with the 2016 model somewhere in between.

Have this Reset to Factory Settings:

I had a similar issue a few days back when I had to take it into a local Apple Store. Catch is, I was selecting Tahoe to be installed, but Sequoia was being shown as the macOS that was going to be installed. I was getting suspicions, and wanted to reset this, through Time Machine Backup, and then migrate all of my items over through Migration Assistant. Being these suspicions were shown, I backed up my Mac with Time Machine Backup prior to performing the reinstall. All things failed, and I had the Apple Store reset this to Factory Settings. The Tech at the store said, "I've never seen anything like this."
