iPod won't connect to internet to finish setup

I just purchased a IPod and it will not connect to the internet so that can finish the setup

I just purchased an iPod touch that was refurbished, and it will not connect to the Wi-Fi I just purchased an iPod and an order for me to set it up. I would have to connected to the Wi-Fi. It will not connect to the Wi-Fi. It keeps saying.it cannot connect.

IPod Touch I can’t get my iPod touch to connect to internet. I have “reset” the settings It did not help. I can’t reset the iPod because I can’t log into my Apple ID due to no internet. Does anyone know any other ways??
