Is there an app for my iPhone 14 that I can use to control the size of my spacebar? I’m constantly hitting the return button or the “.” when I’m typing. I use my right thumb for everything in the just isn’t big enough.

It's not possible to reconfigure the native Apple Keyboard. But you can go to the App Store and see if there keyboard apps, which may better meet your needs. Personally, I don't have any issue with the native keyboard, so I've tried a 3rd party one so I can't personally recommend one.
