Device remains locked 30 days after AT&T unlock approval

Att approved to unlock my device, but 30 days my device still locked.

OK, I understand what you’re saying, but how does this involve Apple? Apple has no way to intercede in your customer service issue. I’m sorry.

Select Phone > Equipment > Device Unlocking


Include your device’s IMEI, and describe the issue. Carriers must respond, often unlocking promptly. You’ll get a confirmation email with a ticket number.
