Unless you actively unsubscribe then you will receive an email every time someone other than you responds to one of your questions.
I see one reply from 8:14 PST that appears to be asking confirmation that you are running iOS 26 and possibly which "dot" version (26.1; 26.2; etc). Recent updates makes our knowing the dot version more important to our helping here.
At the risk of asking an obvious question: If the poster can’t find replies to their earlier thread, will they be able to find replies to this thread?
But to the question, here is a link to find threads and users and forums that a user has subscribed to:

iOS 26.2.1 is my version
my note’s searching options sometimes does not help for notes i created 3 years even if i type all words correctly but interestingly,
sometimes 3 year or 4 year old notes do pop up in searches — i am quite surprised
when i scroll i find all my old notes but it takes hours because i have approximately 7000 notes

Search around here has its limits. You can use the subscription URL provided, or can search using DuckDuckGo and its site:discussions.apple.com keyword, adding “meyerserfaty” in quotes to narrow it to your activity.
