Charged for Duolingo Super that I cannot use nor refund
I got charged during a free trial of Duolingo Super, which is fine since I did not cancel the subscription a day prior to the expiry date. The problem is I am not able to use Super now that the trial has ended, and they are asking me contact Apple for a refund. My purchase is not being reflected in my account and I didn’t receive an invoice from Apple per usual. What should I do?
