On a final note, you could have used a Screenshot as your Lock Screen Wallpaper. I couldn't guess as I said in my first reply as you didn't show what you were seeing. I'd recommend choosing a different Lock Screen Wallpaper as well.

Well, we don't know why you change your wallpaper a lot either, but my guess is your wallpaper is a screenshot, which may be displahying the time you took the screenshot. Choose a different wallpaper and see if the issue goes away.
