All images disappeared from iCloud

First check if the photos are really gone:

1. On your device

• Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos: make sure iCloud Photos is ON and you’re using the right Apple ID.
• Open Photos > Albums > scroll down and check both “Recently Deleted” and “Hidden”.

2. On the web

• Go to iCloud.com > sign in > Photos and see if anything is there.

3. Storage and backups

• Settings > [your name] > iCloud: make sure you still have iCloud storage left.

If photos are missing on all devices, not on iCloud.com, and not in Recently Deleted (and it’s been over 30 days), they are likely permanently deleted and only a previous backup (if you have one) could bring them back.
