Apple Pay card blocks eBay payouts

I’m trying to receive my payout from ebay and it is linked to my apple pay card yet whenever the payout is sent from ebay, it gets cancelled/blocked. I’ve tried removing then adding the card back to ebay but it doesn’t work.

Although my card is added as a payment method, I cannot link it to Apple Pay I had linked my card with Apple Pay to pay for apps. A couple of months ago it just stopped processing these payments. I have removed the card completely and re-added it as a payment method, but I still can't link it to Apple Pay. This is separate from adding it to the wallet which works fine. Why I can’t add credit card to Apple Pay? Hi, when I click on "+", in the wallet program, a window pops up that says "cancel" and "more details", I click "more details" and it takes me to the official Apple website, and it says the solution to the problem, but I did everything as it says and it does nothing it didn't help and I still can't link the card to Apple Pay, please help as soon as possible. There Is no such thing as an Apple Pay card or account. I’ll assume you mean Apple Cash, which is a prepaid debit card. Many transfer are not capable of depositing into a prepaid card (account). Check with PayPal support to determine if they can fund a prepaid debit card.
