Can't back up Voice Memos from iPhone, iCloud sync issues

backup my voice memos on iphone?

I just found I had a bunch of voice memos on my iphone that I don't appear to have saved anywhere. I tried to airdrop them to my Mac but I couldn't make a connection - it just sits there "waiting" for my mac to respond.

I tried to share them to Dropbox and the Voice Memos App told me I had nothing to send, tried sending to Google drive and it didn't work. I tired to email them to myself from the Voice Memos app and it just sent a blank email.

So I turned on iCloud sync to try and get them into the voice memos app on my mac and only 93 /114 have synched and a lot of them have no data, they are just 0:00 and nothing is there.

I want to back up the 114 memos on my phone in case the sync overwrite them but I've run out of options on how to copy them - other than do I have to message them to myself one at a time? I absolutely don't trust the iCloud sync to not overwrite what's on my phone with the empty memos that are now on my mac so I need to copy these somewhere.

What else can I do to save these files?
