Understanding iPhone Screen Time grey bars and multiple accounts

Hi everyone,

I’d like to understand a bit more about Screen Time and how it works, or whether it can be bypassed in some way. I haven’t found much information about this online, but I noticed that when I change the time zone, the iPhone usage time gets counted in the grey bar of the graph.

More specifically, I’d like to know in which other cases usage time is counted in the grey bar. For example, is it possible to add another account on an iPhone so that I can switch accounts when I want to use a specific app? And if so, when I switch accounts, does Screen Time remain the same? Would the usage time of the second account be added to the grey bar, or not? Or would a separate Screen Time be created only for the second account?
