Can Apple Creator Studio fully edit PDFs?
Can I rewrite text, reorganize pages, and fully edit a pdf (like in Acrobat Pro) by using Apple Creator Studio?

No. Apple Creator Studio has no dedicated PDF editor included.
It has Pages which you can use to save documents as PDFs, but it does nothing more than the current version of Pages already does in that respect.
Apple Creator Studio is in no way a replacement for Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Acrobat.
