It is showing that I have 2TB available in all my apps, however, I am getting notices that I am out of space and it won't accept anymore items. Please help me with this.

What, exactly, are you seeing that says you have 2TB available? I have a feeling you're misinterpreting what you're seeing. A screen shot would be helpful.
