Can iPhone NFC verify Apple adapter originality?
I have seen video roaming over internet that people just touch their apple adopters with iPhones and iPhones shows through NFC that adopter is original
iPhone 17 Pro Max, iOS 26

Nope.
That’s called engagement bait.
There were (equally false) claims that certain operations performed in the calculator app could get your Apple Account banned, too.
The baloney always spreads faster, too: Debunking misinformation is always far more work than creating it.
Could also be for trolling, or monetization, or a joke, or sometimes from those that “just want to see the world burn”.
This stuff would be easy to set up a fake too, with a NFC tag or a QR code or whatever leading to a fake webpage.
Short answer: NO. The only way to verify adapter originality is to purchase it directly from either Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller.
never heard that before, if it was true it would have to have a build in electronic to communicate with the NFC
and if it had to work even not connected to AC power it would require it having a battery.
I doubt this has any merit

I've seen videos of cats on surfboards. That's not real, either.

"A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes on." - attributed to various.
Too funny! I assume that rules out catfish too.
