Suspicious Apple Warning Messages on iPhone

I have an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS26.3. I've been playing a couple of games on my phone (previous iPhones too) for years "Solitaire" & "Sudoku" and apart from the normal irritating ads have had no issues. However, after recently updating to the above iOS I started getting the below "warnings" (3 in all) that overlay the game and I have to swipe off to close the app. As these all carry the Apple logo I am concerned if this is from Apple or malware. In the interim I have deleted the apps from my device but would like confirmation if i have anything I should be concerned about.

Thanks in advance,

Mike

The "suspicious" messages are NOT from Apple.

How do you know? Apple will never send a message like this. Ignore and delete the messages that are trying to scam you.

Do the same for any similar messages that you will see in the future.

Sounds familiar. I have a "free" dictionary app I've used since buying our first iPad in early 2012. At some point they added ads. Then last month while using the app I got a popup that was clearly a fake Apple warning message similar to yours. When app developers jump on the "make more money off of ads" bandwagon, stuff like this rears its head. Your app developer had to be complicit.

The bottom line is this:

NO ONE, not even the minor deities on Mount Cupertino, can "see" or "detect" what is on your device without your giving express permission for them for remote access.
