Opened Punchbowl phishing scam on iphone. Exited window and closed down phone: do I need to do anything else to clean my phone? It was trying to download but I don’t think it made it. (Yes I’m stupid )

There's nothing to clean. The only way anything could have happened is if you entered personal information on the site the link sent you to.

  1. If you didn't, you're done.
  2. If you did, you need to change any passwords or account information related to what you entered.

No. There are no cleaners for or needed on an iPhone. Closing the window was enough as long as you didn't provide any information, such as personal information or banking/credit card details.
