How to sign up for Apple One without an Apple device

Hi all - is there any way I can sign up for an Apple One account without any Apple devices?

I use Android, Windows, and ChromeOS. I'm not interested in buying iPhones, iPads, or Macs. However, I also currently pay for Apple TV+ to stream on my Rokus; I'm also part of a Family Sharing plan with a few other non-Apple users. I'm interested in getting Apple Music as well and I saw that an Apple One family plan is about the same price as those combined. Unfortunately, it does not seem that there is any way to sign up for this without an Apple device (even though I can use Apple TV+ and Apple Music without one; I'm not worried about not being able to use iCloud or Apple Arcade).

I do have an old iPad mini that I got for free from a friend; I used it to set up Family Sharing, but it seems to be too old to sign up for Apple One, so I'm not including it in this discussion.

So is there any way I can pay Apple more money via a non-Apple device's web browser? Can I have someone with an iPhone join my family and then sign up for the whole group (tied to my account and credentials)? Or if all else fails, can I go to a physical Apple Store (and either sign into a floor device or get help from an employee to do it)?

Thanks!

Update: I was able to solve this issue by buying a new iPad directly from Apple, signing in, and subscribing to Apple One on it. My other devices are able to access the Apple One subscription. My Android phone can access Apple Music and sees the Apple One subscription, but cannot manage it. My iPad mini that was too old to subscribe to Apple One looks like it can manage (and cancel, if necessary) the Apple One subscription.

I'll be returning the new iPad within the 14-day return period for a full refund. It's silly that this is what Apple requires in order to do something as simple as signing up for a bundle subscription.

Thank you, I have seen that. I have had no problems using Apple TV+ on non-Apple devices and I have seen many people online who have been able to use Apple Music (whether signed up for by itself or via Apple One on an Apple device) on Android, so I expect that I won't have problems using the services at that point.

I expect there isn't any way to do this without an Apple device, except possibly with direct customer service action. I ran into a similar problem when initially setting up Family Sharing for Apple TV+ a couple years ago, in that it let me sign up for the service via a web browser and stream it via Roku, but there is no way to invite others to your Family without an Apple device or for them to accept the invitation without an Apple device. I ended up using an old iPad to send out Family Sharing invitations, signing out as myself, signing back in as them, and accepting my own invitations. Unfortunately, as I said above, the iPad in question is too old to do anything similar with Apple One.

It's just annoying how anti-consumer Apple is with stuff like this, they make their services available on other platforms but they still really want you to buy their products so they throw in roadblocks. Say what you will about Google or Microsoft but I've never heard of them pulling stunts like that.

Suggest to Apple that they provide a method: http://www.apple.com/feedback/

Apple may not respond but your comment will be read. They do supposedly have ways to "manage" Family Apple Music subscriptions on Android:

Use Family Sharing with Apple Music on Android. Click on this link to learn how --> https://support.apple.com/HT212154

"How to start and manage your own family group

When you get an Apple Music family subscription, you can start and manage a family group to share your subscription."
