Highlighting text in Notes App
Why can’t I highlight text composed in Notes App from markup tools IPhone 15 IOS 26.3? I used to be able to with older phones and versions.

They changed it in newer iOS, so the Markup highlighter only works on drawings now, not normal typed text. If you want to highlight typed text, you have to select it and use the formatting option instead since Markup treats the note like an image and won’t highlight regular text anymore.
