Is this "unusual activity" message from Apple "Support" a scam?

I received this message claiming to be from Apple Security about "unusual activity" on my account. Is this a scam?

The messages are scam attempts, presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. For information from Apple regarding such bogus messages, please read the information at the link below.

The old "unusual activity" is a known scam.
