Refund not eligible because the purchase was already finalized.

Okay, help please. So I accidentally purchased a weekly subscription for Alight Motion while I was editing, and I realized it immediately. I requested a refund right away and even waited a few days, contacting Apple Support multiple times. However, they told me the decision was final and the refund could not be issued.

As a student, this is a bit difficult for me financially, and I’m really hoping there might still be some way to get my money back. Has anyone faced a similar situation or knows any options I could try to recover my funds?

Hi, I’m sorry for the experience you’ve had. Apple Community forums are not the place to garner public attention/opinion. Reddit and Facebook are better suited for those options. The communities here are strictly for technical assistance.

You’re welcome to provide feedback to Apple via the link below. Apple will not respond directly however. You can also contact Apple Support directly via the link below.

Just as a point of reference. Subscriptions are legal contracts, valid until contract is cancelled or expires. Apple has no legal authority to change the terms and conditions to the contract you agreed to. If you believe the issue are fraud related, they need to be reported to the issuing bank.
