How do I recover my Mac from 30 minutes ago using Time Machine?

I need to recover my computer from 30 minutes ago. No idea what changed or what I did. Have Time Machine set up? Time Machine is impossible to use if you don’t already know how to use it. 26.3

You have Local Snapshots if your TM has been on, you do not need external drive for this; fact is unplug it if so or turn it off temporarily if you have been using an external TM drive.

Use the TM icon in the menu bar> Browse Time Machine Backups
