Total Screen Time limit and blocking on iPhone 15

For the account of my child and my iPhone as well, I would like to set a notification when my total screen time exceeds a limit. Example when the total screen time has reached 2 hours, I would like to block the usage of phone. I do not want to set limit of each app but would like to set a limit on the total screen time. Is this possible on iPhone 15 or is there an app that can help me set this.

iPhone 15, iOS 18

iOS doesn’t support a total screen‑time limit that locks the whole phone after a certain number of hours. Screen Time only allows limits per app or per category, and Downtime on a schedule. To block the entire device after a total daily usage limit, you would need a third‑party parental‑control app such as Qustodio, OurPact, or Net Nanny.
