iPhone 17 Pro won't connect to AirPort Express
Bought new iPhone 17 pro but won't connect with my Airport Express.
my brothers iPhone 13 is able to connect though

The last AirPort Express made was discontinued in 2018 and Apple considers it obsolete. The first AirPort Express was discontinued in 2008, 18 years ago. There are security and privacy issues you may want to review with such old (ancient?) devices. An investment in newer, more secure and private hardware may go a long way in remedying your connection issues.
