How do I fix loud ringing on iPhone 15 Pro Max and AirPods Pro 3 causing tinnitus?

My 15 pro max and my airpods pro 3 keep decimating my ears even going as loud as to cause tinitus. It's so frustrating and there's no settings for it.

Unfortunately, normal iPhone alarms and ringtones still start at full volume. Natively, you can reduce the volume overall, or use the headphone safety feature which can limit loud audio with AirPods.

If you want alarms or ringtones that fade in instead of blasting immediately, you usually need a third-party solution. For example, apps like Rising Tunes app can create tones that start quiet and gradually increase in volume.
