iPhone wallpaper won't change after update

"iPhone wallpaper won't change after update: updated my phone. wallpaper wont change. Tried restarting and still won’t change."

Seeing Wallpaper as it Should:

Force Restart:

Perform a Force Restart, if you've performed a Restart, and vice versa

• Restart: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
• Force Restart: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support

Shut Down, Manually:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Select: Shut Down
3. Slide: to power off your iphone

then...

Power ths phone back on.
