How to make a photo collage in Pages

Here is a link to a 20x30 photo collage created in an unknown version of Pages. Unfortunately, the Pages User Guide for Mac does not address how to proceed in achieving a collage.

It would be familiarity with inserting an image, setting its Arrange panel > Text Wrap to None, and scaling/rotating/positioning it to preference. The next image you insert would push the previous image to the background and you would repeat the previous sentence with each inserted image.
