Try the following one at a time and check if the issue is resolved after each step:
● Open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ Cellular Data Options and turn on Data Roaming, then restart the iPhone to force a fresh network registration.
● Open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ Network Selection and turn off Automatic, then manually select the roaming carrier available in your area.
● Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Reset and reset Network Settings to clear old T‑Mobile roaming profiles that break after the 26.3 update.
● Open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ SIMs ➡️ your T‑Mobile line and toggle off/on the line to force a new attach request to the roaming network.
● Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About and wait to see if a Carrier Settings Update appears; T‑Mobile has pushed silent updates to fix roaming issues.
● Turn on Airplane Mode, wait 15 seconds, then turn it off to force a full network re-registration.
● If you use a VPN app, delete the VPN app from the device and remove any VPN profiles, because leftover VPN routing can block roaming authentication.
● Contact T‑Mobile support and ask them to refresh your roaming permissions on their end;
