Photos app still shows data after deleting all photos
I deleted all the photos from my photos app, but its still says I have 2.4 gigs of Docs and data associated with the app. How is that possible?

What is "it?" Where do you see this? And how long has it been? Calculating file sizes is not the highest priority for the operating system, and it may be awhile before it gets to it. As razmee209 says, booting the Mac may speed stuff like that up, but I'm pretty sure I've seen old numbers survive for a while after a restart. The numbers just aren't even supposed to be precise. As Captain Barbosa would say, "They're more like guidelines, anyway."
How about if you go to the Pictures folder and trash "Photos Library.photoslibrary" or anything with a "photoslibrary" extension? How big are they? Of course, be really really sure before you empty the trash.
