What are these text tones for exactly?
Why do you assume the iPhone can hear these or do something with them?
On its own the iPhone has no way to listen to text tones. If you have a specific app that can do this, then the question is how to setup that App to listen for text tones.
If you explain exactly what you are trying to accomplish, if there is an app involved on the iPhone and how exactly you expect the iPhone to hear this text tones, someone may be able to advise.
