Brilliance not working in video editing

On a Mac, Brilliance doesn't even appear in video editing. It's there on my 16, although it doesn't work. I wonder if it's inclusion is a mistake…

Which system version is running on your iPhone?

On my iPhone 15 Pro Max with the most recent iOS26 the Brilliance slider is having no effect either, when editing a video clip.

The other adjustments are working well.

Has Brilliance been there before now?

I haven't really edited videos on my phone, but I find using "Brilliance" handy for pictures on the Mac. However, I don't think that "Brilliance" has never been an option in editing videos on a Mac. It's just been for photographs.
