Microsoft Teams stuck on blank screen on Mac mini

I have Microsoft office apps installed on my Mac mini. All apps are working fine except Microsoft Teams. It launches but just gets stuck on a blank screen. The apps work perfectly on my other Apple devices. I have been having this issue for the last 3 days. I have uninstalled and installed the whole Microsoft office apps multiple times. but it's still causing issues. I have tried to remove caches but I am not very good with the iOS. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if that makes any difference.

If Safe Mode has the same issue, then try deleting the Teams preference files located in "~/Library/Preferences" folder. On my Mac, there are two Teams preference files listed there:

com.microsoft.teams.plist
com.microsoft.teams2.helper.plist

Make sure the Teams apps is not running before deleting these two files. Teams should recreate them with default settings when you launch the Teams app.
