Apple Developer Program – Charged but account not active

Hello,


I am in Nigeria and I am having a problem with my Apple Developer Program enrollment.


I enrolled through the Apple Developer app and was charged, but when I tried to log in on the web it asked me to make the payment again.


Now the Developer app shows this message:

“Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/.”


My account is not active even though I have already been charged.


Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how it can be resolved?


My Enrollment ID is ***.

This is the consumer to consumer support Community. There is a separate one for developers. Most of us have no familiarity with how the developer program works. You would be better off using the developer support resources to get your answer.

Thank you for your response.


Unfortunately, the telephone support option is not available for my country (Nigeria). I have already contacted Apple Developer Support by email twice—first about 5 days ago and again 4 days ago—but I have not yet received any response.


Because of this, I am unable to resolve the issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I would really appreciate any guidance on how I can get support or escalate this matter.
