Cracked iPhone screen prevents passcode entry

Phone screen cracked. Unable to enter passcode to unlock my iphone

Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to authorized Apple service shop to have the screen replaced.


About $300 (U.S.). Add another $100 if the battery is at or below 80% Maximum Capacity.


Hopefully, you have a current backup of your iPhone on a computer or iCloud......since the screen replacement process will erase all of the data on the iPhone.
