My action button doesn't work after being used with Shortcuts to record voice memos.

I’ve since deleted the shortcut/automation for the action button to arrive at Voice Memos via shortcuts. Yet now, no matter what function I select for the action button, nothing happens when it’s pressed.

Before the software update that gave the action button a lot more options (including voice memos), I used a roundabout way through Shortcuts to link voice memos. The action button was set to trigger the camera app. I switched the default camera to the code scanner app. Then, using the Shortcuts app, I created a shortcut/automation so that any time Code Scanner was opened, it immediately opened the Voice Memos app and then began recording.

My iPhone 17 Pro has the latest software. I’ve changed the default camera back to the original camera app. I also deleted the shortcut/automation and tried deleting the Shortcuts app. Still, the action button is useless for any option I select. How can I solve this?
