checked my wallet and they’re two payments for close to $200 that I didn’t make. When I try to report the issue the don’t show up on the next page for me to select. I’m not sure how to report the fraud since I’m traveling and can’t call from where I am.
Call the bank and report the fraud. In the US, they’ll credit the amount while they investigate. That’s the only way to avoid payment in US. What country is the bank in that issued the card? What country are you in?

Call your bank. If the bank confirms payment ask to be transferred to the fraud department and report the fraud.
Are the charges from Apple or another merchant? Do the charges show on the mobile banking app for the card used for the charges?
Charges are from apple, two are for an ai chat bot and I’ve noticed a third for something called facelab. All of them are 197.99

Your bank verifies the funds were withdrawn?
The funds haven’t been withdrawn but they’re on my credit card bill. When I follow the links to dispute it leads me to a page that don’t show the charges so I can’t dispute it.
The bank sent you a credit card statement and the charges appear on the statement, correct?
