Apple marketing emails without option to unsubscribe

I don't want marketing from Apple. I haven't subscribed and just got a marketing email for Apple Creator Studio "because I bought a product from Apple".

That is not a valid reason to send me marketing and goes against the law. There's no unsubscribe button in the email, just "subscribe". That is also against the law.

I feel like Apple are using the fact that I bought from them as a permission to spam me with marketing and it's just not on.

I checked my apple account online but there's no option to either subscribe or unsubscribe from marketing.

How can I unsubscribe?
