My Iphone 13 has been hacked. My provider was hacked and my data was stolen.
Please please help. Nothing I try to do on phone is working. Will not accept my password from
Apple or other applications.

Your iPhone was not hacked. It is certainly possible though that the data leak at your provider has compromised your account(s)
What is your provider doing to help you?

Certainly follow the recommendations in the article muguy linked to, but you may want to reach out to your provider for support and recommendations since it is their data breach you are responding to.
Several instances. I tried downloading an app from app store. I've always had to continue with Apple ID password. Now it keeps showing gmail but will not accept my password. (Yes, correctly filled in several times.) When trying to acces my Apple account, again it will not accept the password for that. When going through all the things to reset, text message or mails with code do not come through.
Have also tried to install FSecure provided by ODIDO, but cannot. Same above problems.
