Bag.iTunes.apple.com Privacy query

My Privacy report shows several apps as having contacted bag.iTunes.apple.com. What is this all about? I use an

iPhone 12.

Apple Configuration listed w/ in App Privacy Report? Within my iPhone App Privacy Report configuration.apple.com is shown as the most contacted domain. I, not my iPhone have any affiliation with a school or business utilizing Apple Configuration. It may be worth mentioning my device(s) have been compromised, duplicated remotely by an individual with access to the Apple Developer Program…. but I’m hoping someone can provide some advice on how to deactivate Apple Configuration. AppleID & downloads privacy? When I download an app do the developers of the app have access to my Apple ID? I see my Apple ID email in front of me when I download a new app so I’m wondering how much the developers of the app find out with all of the cookies put out lately by developers by the new government requirement and hundreds of boxes you have to turn off to stop them taking more and more of your personal information I’m wondering if this is the start of it by them having my Apple ID email address and then it would be shared through them to other companies or does Apple block your Apple ID apps are downloaded like game apps ? I am referring to what a lot of new apps are calling “legitimate interests“ as you can see in the attached picture I want to know if there’s a way to block my Apple ID from being seen by developers if it is automatically set up that way?

That is a legitimate Apple site that fetches information for Apple services. Many of your apps willl connect to it.
