I have a mac book pro and i forgot its password. Then in recovery while opening activation lock by entering my phone number its not loading and when i am entering my email id its showing incorrect credentials. I am using the same email and phone as mentioned in my apple id.

I have purchased a new laptop and i removed this device from my apple id still the activation lock is coming while resetting.
