I switch to a new email and phone number which I did update my laptop to and then I forgot my password.when I went to go reset it, it wouldn’t take the new iCloud and it wants me to use my old one which is shut off and I don’t have anymore. Then I erased the Mac and it still will only take my old iCloud. What do I do I just want to log back into my computer.

You will need to provide Apple with the original proof of purchase for the machine from Apple or an authorized retailer.

If the Apple ID that was signed into it to activate find my no longer exists, it's a boat anchor.
There is no way around it.
