If you are signed into this forum using the same Apple Account then your browser may be configured to automatically enter your password. You should be able to view stored passwords in your browser's preferences/settings.
If it comes down to it you can reset the Mac using the instructions in https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support, but this will not give you access to the account and you'll basically end up with a wiped device on which you need to start over with a new Apple account. Anything in the old one will be lost.
