iPhone 11 won't turn on and battery overheats

Is this the original battery that came with your iPhone?

If it is, you need to make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have the battery replaced.

if it was me then I would see if I could get into the settings and check the battery health

and if it's under 80% then I would look to get it changed
