Мой Apple ID заблокирован из-за неоплаченного баланса от покупки в Telegram.


Я не могу добавить способ оплаты, удалить свою карту, изменить регион или загрузить приложения в App Store.

You have unpaid balance and you will have to pay for the item before Apple will let you make additional downloads or updates. Apple cannot find a functioning payment method to use in association with making this purchase. Even if you do have adequate Apple Account balance, Apple may require a payment method (usually a credit or debit card) be present on your account (particularly if you are starting a subscription or trial). Even free apps may require the presence of a payment method, although it won't be charged if they are free. In addition, some items cannot be purchased with account balance.


Use the article https://support.apple.com/HT201266 to review your payment methods such as credit or debit cards. Problem methods will usually have a notice in red lettering below them. The article: https://support.apple.com/HT203005 has some information about declined payment methods.

Вы не выполнили покупку в App Store. Вы в долгу перед Apple. Ваш аккаунт останется заблокированным до тех пор, пока вы не погасите долг. Вы не сможете загружать новые приложения или обновлять старые приложения, пока не погасите долг.
