How to get my ipod classic working I have 160gb iPod Classic. When I turn it on I get the normal apple logo followed by a screen with a red X and the old apple ipod support URL. When plug it into my laptop (I have a PC running Windows 10) it seems to not be recognized at all as a connected device, including in iTunes (running version 12.12.9). I've tried holding the menu button and middle buttons to reset it and it goes to the same screen. I'd love to get my iPod and running, any advice?

My PC wont recognize either of my 2 Ipods. ive uninstalled and reinstalled ITUNES numerous times. Even had a computer repair person try. PC won't recognize either of my 2 IPODs
