I’d discuss this with the repair provider as well, as it would seem the display repair was less than completely successful.

That’s not how Stolen Device Protection works, nor what it protects.

Tried deleting the apps, temporarily deleting any installed VPN apps, restarting the iPhone, re-downloading the apps (but not the VPNs), and testing app access again? If that doesn’t work, check with the app vendor.

So, you can’t actually log onto the device?

Who replaced the screen? If it was done by someone other than Apple or an authorized service provider, your phone is no longer supportable.
